Cancellation Policy
Cancellation Policy for training courses
We understand that circumstances may arise which require participants to cancel their enrollment in a Forensic Training Partnership (FTP) training course. We have formulated the following cancellation policy to provide clarity and fairness for all participants involved. Please carefully read and understand the terms outlined below:
1. Cancellation Requests:
a. All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email or letter to the course administration.
b. The cancellation request should include the participant’s full name, contact details, and the reason for cancellation.
2. Refund Eligibility:
a. Cancellation requests received at least 30 days before the course start date will be eligible for a full refund of the course fees, minus any non-refundable administrative charges.
b. Cancellation requests received between 15 and 29 days before the course start date will be eligible for a 50% refund of the course fees, minus any non-refundable administrative charges.
c. Cancellation requests received within 14 days of the course start date will not be eligible for a refund. However, under exceptional circumstances, such as documented medical emergencies or other compelling reasons, the course administration may consider providing a partial refund on a case-by-case basis.
3. Non-Refundable Charges:
a. Administrative charges, including application fees or processing fees, are non-refundable under any circumstances.
b. Any study materials or resources provided prior to the course start date are non-refundable once they have been accessed or downloaded by the participant.
4. Substitutions:
a. If a participant is unable to attend the course after registration but would like to send a substitute in their place, a written request must be submitted to the course administration at least 14 days before the course start date.
b. The substitute participant must meet all course prerequisites and requirements, as determined by the course administration.
5. Course Changes or Cancellations:
a. In the event that the course is cancelled or rescheduled by the course administration due to unforeseen circumstances, participants will be notified promptly.
b. If the course is cancelled, participants will be eligible for a full refund of the course fees paid.
Please note that any refunds provided will be processed using the original payment method within a reasonable timeframe.
By enrolling in an FTP training course, participants acknowledge and accept the terms and conditions of this cancellation policy.
If you have any questions or require further clarification regarding this policy, please contact the course administration bookings@forensictraininguk.org
